The Galaxy G910S has something you’d hardly get on a similar priced smartphone – a curved display panel; it’s not something we’d easily see as the new dimension in this particular segment, but at least it sets the device unique from close rivals. The smartphone market is saturated with top range flagship devices from top manufacturers featuring almost same specs and features year-in-year-out, we’d really hoped to see phone makers try-out on unexploited areas such as ‘ergonomics’ for a change rather than placing their emphasis on hardware. Samsung’s recent addition on its Galaxy line-up – the G910S Galaxy Round features a curved display panel – one of its kind to be released with a bendy design, it’s not easy to realize the ergonomic element in this design besides a perfect slip in those tight jeans that’s said to comfortably rest against your body. The Galaxy Round closely matches Samsung’s Note 3 device feature-wise, you’d be on-point to call it a bendy Note 3 instead. Unlike the un-official LG Flex which is said to bend from top to bottom, the G910S rolls towards you from sideways. Galaxy Round’s design comes along with additional feature on how to check your notifications – you’d easily access notifications on this handset without powering the screen on – basically by tilting. A curved display is the biggest highlight on this device – but underneath, there are lots of goodies worth appreciation.
