Day Hike Escapade To Aberdare National Park 31st January 2015Highlights: Spectacular waterfalls, Nature walk, Moorland scenery, colorful Flora, Second largest population of black Rhinos in Salient and Northern Aberdares, Herds of Elephants, Sykes' & Colobus Monkey, Leopard, Giant forest hog, Bushbuck, Buffalo, Bush Duiker, Suni, Serval, Reedbuck, Eland, The rare Bongo Antelope, over 200 species of birds among others.We will drive through the breath taking view of the Central Highlands. Proceed for a guided trekking along the Moorland. The flora and fauna is quite unique and is not found elsewhere in the country expect on Mount Kenya. Upon arrival, we will start our hike which will take about 4-5 hours round trip (14kms).
