Everytime system contains seven main modules:1.Settings2. Group manager3. Communication center 4. Data Manager5. Reports6. User Manager7. Schedule TasksThese are described below;SETTINGSThis Module is where the user Chooses the number of the port where the modem is connected. You can also disconnect and connect to any other port you want.GROUP MANAGERGives information on how you can be able to select the group of the subscribers and where they can be allocated. They are also added to the list by their names, ID numbers, phone numbers and the city they belong. After selection you can filter the communication by message and an appropriate answer either yes or no.COMMUNICATION CENTERIt has two sub-modules ; send communication and inbox.Send communication: This is the option to give you room to send the message to various users of the system .Inbox: This is the feedback of the message sent indicating the time of delivery ,kind of the message and from who.DATA MANAGERIt contains: customer details; It is used add new users to the system by collecting following details the names, phone number, city group either teachers or parents , ID number county and the gender. Data; Has options where you can edit , delete, add new group of customers and import data. In order to import data the name, phone, city, ID number of the customers need to be known. View Record ; The system gives the mandate to select the user, initiator of communication and the date and time of logging in and out.Communication; Gives the communication details i.e date, number of messages sent, ones with or without responses and the percentage success. Communication can also be added, managed, edited and also deleted.REPORTIt has the calendar and the bar graph.Calendar; Shows the date, day, month and year in which the message was communicated.Bar graph; This is putting down the communication details into graphic form i.e. number of messages sent, success responses, messages not responded and highlighting their comparisons.TRACK USER MANAGERGives the systems users with logging in credentials , report available and the day they were written, for example if there is any report sent it will show the day, number of reports sent, received and the percentage success .I n case of any existing report it will display it. Reports can be exported to various users available.SCHEDULE TASKSThis is the option to give you room to send the message to various users of the system scheduled time
